Transitional Housing Program

While in the program, residents will have access to transitional housing, Behavioral Health Services (In connection with Mettle Works Behavioral Health), Supported Employment, Case Management (In connection with The Bridge Center at Adams House), Anger Management, One-one-counseling, Community Building workshops, Domestic Abuse Intervention workshops (National Center on Domestic and Sexual Violence N.C.D.S.V), Substance Abuse referral services.

The Transitional housing program is primarily from 90 days to 12 months unless otherwise specified. It is our core belief that no matter who you are, where you’re from, in one facet or another during our time here we’re here help one another.
